My journey in the Marketing industry began during my time at Minnesota State University, Mankato. After graduating December 2017, I worked at an Anytime Fitness in Madelia, MN, which gave me a vision to have my own company. In 2019, I opened LIV TRU NUTRITION, on the University of Minnesota campus! I had the vision to create a positive, healthy impact on the community through the power of nutrition and connecting with other business owners. At the heart of LIVTRU, it was my commitment to empower individuals to achieve their health & fitness goals & create a safe space. From hosting insightful workshops, live events, B2B collabs, sponsoring NCAA athletes, distributing our supplements to others, we really created something special at the UMN. I am so grateful for the challenges, the successes we had, and the employees/co-workers were one of a kind. It became more than just a place to nourish the body — it was a culture everyone wanted to be a part of. Unfortunately, we had to close the doors in 2023, but excited to see what the UMN does as they reconstruct the space. Thanks to the University of Minnesota for trusting in me and all the people I got to meet along the way!

“LIV TRU” is a brand, & I get the privilege to continue to help others one on one with their healthy active lifestyle outside of having a store front, along with helping others achieve their goals in “business” from my now, experiences & being employed previously at a Marketing Agency.
